Add a New User
To add a new user, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Admin Console and click on the ‘System Configuration’ menu at the top of the page. Select ‘Users’.
- Click on the plus icon.
- Fill the form and click ‘Save’.
- Assign the new user’s role. Then proceed to assigning a workspace and security group/approval tree (please refer to document: Working with Security Groups and Approval Trees).
- Enable the user. Then click ‘Save’.
Lock or Unlock Users
Users can be locked out of True Sky intentionally, or if they incorrectly input their password more than five (5) times. To lock or unlock a user, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Admin Console and click on the ‘System Configuration’ menu at the top of the page. Select ‘Users’.
- Select the user you want to lock/unlock, followed by the pencil icon.
- To lock a user, click on the ‘Locked’ box and ensure the checkmark is showing, then click ‘Save’. To unlock a user, deselect the box and click ‘Save’.
Reset a User Password
To reset a user’s password, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Admin Console and click on the ‘System Configuration’ menu at the top of the page. Select ‘Users’.
- Select the user you would like to reset the password for and then click on the half circle arrow icon (to the right of the ‘x’ icon’).
- The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
