How To: Reset a Password

To reset a user’s password, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Admin Console and click on the ‘System Configuration’ menu at the top of the page. Select ‘Users’.
2. Select the user you would like to reset the password for and then click on the half circle arrow icon (to the right of the ‘x’ icon’).
   
3. The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
